I am an experienced and multi-fascinated artist [ songwriting x design x video x photography x painting ] and a proven dedication to bringing dreams to fruition and helping others do the same through web design, brand strategy, and coaching.

I also draw extensive training and study in

  • ceremonial containers & energetic literacy,

  • Acceptance and Integration Training™,

  • 14 years of contemplative practice,
