Creating conditions for change

The clearest description of those conditions that I’ve heard came from Ian MacKenzie of the Mythic Masculine podcast – as soon as I heard these three qualities, I recognized them as what all of the best guides and teachers I’ve had offered.
Unconditional positive regard. You don’t have to perform progress, insight, or wellness here. All parts are welcome, and met without judgment.
No personal agenda. I am dedicated to the cultivation of and capacity for emptiness – meaning I’m not attached to who you become or how fast. My only investment is in your becoming on your terms.
Infinite patience. Real unfolding doesn’t happen on a quarterly timeline. I’m not in a hurry, and that gives you permission not to be either.
In my experience, although these qualities don’t outwardly point to any sort of progress or forward motion, they create good soil conditions for listening to aligning with life, and can empower a depth of change and transformation beyond prediction.
While not perfect in these qualities, I am deeply dedicated and extensively trained in bringing them to my work.

Any exploration into our dreams and desires is sure to bring up our fears and blockages.
Through Acceptance and Integration Training, I bring tools and technologies for discharging, releasing, and integrating the unresolved materials of our lives, freeing up energy to move forward.
Mirroring and sound-boarding
Sometimes the most powerful thing isn't new information, it's hearing your own thinking reflected back clearly enough to see it.
Connecting with a supportive container
Part of what makes this work possible isn't anything I do, it's the space itself. The energetic support and attunement I bring to our work increases the space available for what comes up to move and metabolize. When there's enough room to actually feel something instead of just talk about it, things that felt stuck often start to move on their own.
